Here are two styles of genuine hand built sandals designed for easy wearing – and for the look....

For footwear, comfort has to be the first importance, and that's why our specification begins with leather. Both our styles have nothing else but soft real leather for all straps and loops.

And pressing further with this requirement for comfort, the upper-soles are also 100% leather. That is a comfort consideration of particular consequence when sandals are worn barefoot.
Contact with terra firma is by way of top calibre rubber. This choice for the under-sole is to provide maximum durability and, wherever you walk, proper support underfoot.
You can enjoy either style outside or indoors.

Did you notice we said these sandals are hand built? The makers are a traditional shoemakers' community in south India. These skilled craftsmen come with generations of know-how.

We take all that experience into play especially with our Toe-loop design. That style is a direct development from the «chappal» – the authentic footwear of India but elevated here with better materials and construction than is normally sold locally over there.
The shoemakers' skill is very evident too in our premium sandals called Black ones.
This is an original design by Onevillage.com especially for our customers here in Europe. It is particularly easy to wear;
a little more covered and smarter.

Both styles are made to standard UK sizes 4–10.
